Our passion is to create beautiful interior spaces that are functional and enhance the way people live in their homes. Our focus starts at the heart, the kitchen, but our design knowledge and expertise in custom cabinetry can also extend into the rest of your home.

We design bespoke bathroom cabinetry, laundries, wardrobes, shelving and offices spaces that are tailored to your lifestyle and the home it sits within.

1. Complimentary Consultation

Our initial meeting is a chance to chat about your exciting new project and cover scope, budget, timeline, needs, wants and style.
We like to allow 1 – 2 hours for the initial meeting which is complimentary.  At this meeting we will also discuss design timelines.

Following your initial consultation, your designer will produce a Scope of Work. This is a description of the design services required, a summary of the brief, any budget and timing considerations.

Upon signing the Scope of Work, a non-refundable design deposit will be required ahead of commencement of any design work.

2. Present concept

Our designers translate your wants, needs and aspirations into a functional design, providing concepts for you to review.  This gives you the chance to ensure we have correctly interpreted the brief and to make any adjustments if necessary.

3. Finalise Design details and Quote

When the design is complete, we will provide you with a detailed final quote for confirmation.

On acceptance of the quote, an initial deposit of 50% is required. A final site inspection and measure will then be arranged, and final detailed Production drawings and Specifications will be completed for sign-off by clients and manufacture.  A project timeline will be confirmed and depending on the project, we will discuss any external tradespeople who need to be involved.

4. Manufacture

Following the signing of your final Production Plans and Specifications, all communication will then primarily be with our Production Manager.  

All cabinetry is made onsite by our team with an approximate 10 -12 weeks’ timeframe to manufacture.  Cabinetry is assembled and quality checked in our workshop before installation. When possible, clients are invited to come and view their cabinetry at this stage.  Once the cabinetry has been assembled and quality checked, 45% will be payable before install.

5. Installation

Our experienced team will carefully install your cabinetry.  This will take approximately 1-3 days depending on the size and complexity of the project.

Any benchtops will then be templated. Turnaround for these can take up to 10 -15 working days from templating to installation. 

On completion of the cabinetry install, a final 5% invoice will be sent for payment.

6. Follow up Visit

Where possible, we will endeavour to visit and ensure you are completely satisfied with your new cabinetry; approximately 4-6 weeks after your kitchen is fully installed (cabinetry & benchtops)
